Measures about 5” x 7 ½.” Hardcover has some wear, mainly around corners, edges, and spine areas, as seen in photos. Pages are tanned from age, have edge creases, a few soil spots, and staining along the bottom of pages and bottom & middle text blocks. Some separation between two front & two back end papers.
