No excessive distortion or hiss is heard in any of the dialogue, music, or effects. The extra features on The Great Race are small but entertaining -- included on this disc is a very funny and strange "behind-the-scenes" documentary from the 1960s (which features a hearty voice-over actor commenting on what's going on), some cast and crew highlights, and an anamorphic widescreen theatrical trailer for the film.
