Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE THE GREAT MYSTERY (Moonlight) ca 1928 By Joseph Henry Sharp I have had this print for roughly 20 years and I believe it to be one of the few original lithographs that was produced from the painting. I purchased this print exactly as it is presented in the photos. The actual lithograph in the frame measures 22” tall and 28” wide. The outside of the beautiful frame measures 24 ½” tall and 30 ½” wide and is 1 ¼” in depth. The signature J H Sharp and a round copyright stamp that reads The U.S.S. & L Co. is in the bottom right corner of the print. The majority of Sharp’s original paintings were not reproduced as lithographs but The Great Mystery was one of the few. This print is not as bright as it probably once was but it has been around a long time so look at all of the photos. This vintage lithograph is priced to sell as is.
