Description: A worn but well-loved copy of the classic Maxfield Parrish illustrated edition of The Golden Age by Kenneth Grahame (Wind in the Willows). There is some general age-related wear to the book - scuffing to the top edge, some water staining/discoloration inside to the edges of some pages near the middle, pages may be a little wavy, some creasing to the tissue guards, and a little bit of play to the binding (weakening hinges in some places). A page or two may be loosening a bit. Attractive gilt embossed cover with gilt to the top, would still make a good reading copy. See pictures for a closer look!
