This single sheet, four page herald is for Avery Hopwood's "The Garden Of Eden", featuring the Original Broadway Cast, and playing at the Selwyn Theatre, in New York City, in 1927. The souvenir herald is in great, vintage condition, with no rips, tears, writing, or damage and minimal soiling and wear.
