I'm not a professional so please refer to the photos and ask questions. The book appears to be in good shape inside within all of the writing and picture pages with only one exception. The cover and endpapers have pencil writing on them. Obviously a well used and well loved book. Although there are some minor issues in the interior it's really the cover that detracts from this books value. I would have it rebound in a nice cloth or leather and then you have a valuable gift for someone.
