Description: Brilliant 1990 full length from New Zealand wonders The Chills. They rose from (and later returned to) the Dunnedin / Flying Nun scene and with this album the songwriting of Martin Phillipps shone in a unique way. The melodies, lyrics, everything really leaves an impression (so much so I still love these songs over twenty years since I first heard them). Includes appearance by Donna Savage, whose band Dead Famous People I highly recommend. I also highly recommend the more recent Chills albums, beautiful music. Enjoy!
