Description: Up for sale is a piece of the Blob used in The Blob (1988). A fabric material in a frame that can hang on a wall or sit on a shelf display ready also includes COA on reverse side. An early special effect in Alterian Inc.'s history, a thin fabric filled with methyl cellulose slime was used to create The Blob seen in the film, like in the telephone booth scene. The included piece was cut from a larger piece originating from the "Creature Features" company, which owned several props from the film straight from fx company Alterian Inc. which worked on it, including Paul's screen used arm.
