There is a little bit of either foxing or stains on the reading edge, that's it. I don't see any sales history, so I'm not sure how to price this. I'm sure much of it is now out of date; but some is not, such as the history in Part 1. 187 pages, with Index. Also includes a one page inserted update to 1989 The Berne Convention and GATT. See photos for Table Of Contents. Has a number of Appendices, Bibliography, Glossary, About the Author, and Index. I combine shipping, which includes tracking. This will be securely packed between clean cardboard on both sides of the book.
