Description: Antique Original The 32 Roxyettes Broadway Dancing Pre-Rockettes 1920s NYC Rare Historical Photo A rare historical photo of Russell E. Markert's Thirty-Two Roxyettes at the Roxy Theatre in New York City - Circa. Late 1920s. The Roxyettes later became the famous Rockettes.Measures approximately 6 5/8" x 9 1/8".Photo has uneven sides and has been cut. The left side has been cut significantly, and one of the women is not visible, while another is partially visible. The other edges and corners have also been cut. I don't know why. The right side corners are rounded. There is surface and edge tearing, a heavier tear on the left side of the image, surface scratches, creasing, discoloration and marks from age, handling and storage. There is some bowing to the photo as well. Measures need to be taken to historically preserve this classic image. On the reverse side, tape was placed across nearly the entire surface.Please see photos for more information on condition and ask any questions you may have.
