The hat could use a few more de-lint treatments as it's a felt material and a little paper shoved up inside the hat to give it a little more shape, but that's it. The body, arms,legs and head are all as they should be. Stuffing isn't smashed and moved. Sits about 18" Tall by 13" wide.
