There is a very slight warp that does not affect playback.Sleeve has wear consisting of corner dings and edgewear. See photos.Original inner sleeve is nice and clean but seams have small splits Cleaned on a Nitty Gritty Record Vacuum system. All records are visually graded unless specified. Sold as is.
