This unit has scuffs and scratches present, as well as some staining. I was able to power on this unit, saw a couple of internal lights turn on green, and saw the fans running. This unit requires external signaling to prompt power output. I do not have the knowledge or equipment to fully test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
