Description: This F&K Delvotec 6200 Gold Ball Wire Bonder System w/ Leica MZ6 Head is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches present. There is also a user guide included with this unit. I was able to power on this unit as shown. It first showed a CMOS error, so the CMOS battery will require replacement. The unit was able to move passed this and continued booting. The unit then showed an Indexer Error INX clamp timeout followed by a BHC Error PMAC error (communcation error/following error/...).
