Each park baby wears a unique outfit and was only available at the park for a short period of time. I am an adult collector and am parting with my extra and duplicate Sylvanian Families items. The item is brand new and sealed in the original packaging. However, there may be shelf wear, dirt, dust, scuffs, marks, tears, dents, worn spots, or other damages. We have a pet free and smoke free home. There are some creases, scratches, wrinkles and bending in the packaging. The figure is in excellent condition.
