If there is an issue with an item not working, it becomes an INSURANCE CLAIM with the carrier, NOT A RETURN. All tubes, amps, pickups, etc. must be tested within 72 hours, so an insurance claim can be made with the carrier on a timely basis. Sale price does not include shipping, duties or taxes.
