We will then advise you on which postal service to use. We will not pay postage exceeding the cost of the service advised. The manufacturers packaging for the returned items should be returned with your goods as we may need it to claim from a courier if the goods were damaged in transit. Items should be returned to our business address, which will be on the payment slip inside your parcel, within 14 days of you receiving them.
