You will need a step down voltage (from 120v - 100v) or you risk damaging the electronics. Product was made in the 80’s and is very hard to find in this condition. Original soft case, pick, and adapter included. I absolutely love this instrument but I have to let it go. Everything works as intended. Outputs to an external amp, midi, and headphones. You can play with a pick and string or you can play straight from the buttons like a piano keyboard. Very fun. Keys are laid out like a piano keyboard.
