Description: This Suhr Modern (2015) electric guitar features a Dark Brown Burst finish over a gorgeous spalted maple top. The two-piece black limba body features arm, hand and ribcage contours for max comfort. The .800-.850 "modern elliptical" cocobolo neck is finished with a fast-playing satin finish, and topped with an ebony fingerboard that is fretted with 24 jumbo stainless steel frets. Suhr SSV, ML Standard, and SSH+ pickups are wired with a push-pull tone pot to split the neck humbucker. There is also a mini-push button "blower" switch which wires the bridge humbucker directly to the output jack. This thing plays like butter and has a sweet tone, never harsh. Comes with tremolo arm, hardshell case, the original build sheet. This guitar was originally retailed at $6,180 and sold at $4,326. I am the second owner. NOTE: There is a significant ding in the lower scraped binding, which is why i'm not listing this as "Perfect" condition. just consider it "relic-ed".:) The ding isn't visible from the front. I know the buyer of this fine instrument will enjoy it as much as I have.
