Please note: The eyes may still be retained in the masks from the cutting machine (they are intended to be discarded and designed to be worn by customers so that they can see through the eyeholes). The eyes from the original template may or may not be included. If you are specifically looking for masks with the eyes intact e.g. for shop window display, please contact us before purchasing and we can check existing stock for you. Shipping information, costs and delivery times: We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day. If there is a delay to dispatch beyond our control, we will notify you as early as possible. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please advise us via the eBay message system before ordering. We monitor our messages continuously during business hours and at frequent intervals at other times. Depending on the size of the mask and/or order, they are sent flat packed in A4, PIP and A3 envelopes. Large orders will be sent boxed. UK: Delivery via Royal Mail First Class is FREE for any number of masks. Additional premium services are available, including Recorded (Signed For) and Special Delivery. Please see the payments and postage tab for applicable rates on these services. Delivery typically takes place within 1 – 2 working days after posting. Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered before contacting us in regard to delivery enquiries. Please note that envelopes may be larger than a standard letterbox size and therefore may be too big to pass through a domestic letter box. Your package may have been left with a neighbour or returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting collection. Please check first with your sorting office and your neighbours before raising a non-delivery enquiry. Europe and Rest Of World: Please see the Payments and Postage tab for our current rates. Our standard service is dispatch by Airmail. Premium signed-for and courier services are available. If costs for your country are not listed, please contact us for a quote. Delivery to Europe is typically 5 – 15 business days from dispatch, and to the rest of world is 7 – 20 business days, via Airmail. International buyers please note: The postal companies allow up to 25 working days for delivery of items by standard Airmail. Please therefore allow around 25 working days from dispatch before contacting us about a suspected delivery problem. We do offer premium Airmail services with priority handling and tracking.
