Description: Subzero 315P Undercounter Clear Icemaker This Subzero icemaker was installed in a home I purchased several years ago. It produces the crystal clear “top hat” shaped ice, which is perfect for cocktails or any cold drinks. These cubes melt slowly, have no “white” impurities and stay clear throughout the melt process. I replaced a pump during the pandemic., but it has not been looked at by an appliance person for many years. These units were all made by Scotsman and re-badged by Subzero. This unit performed like a champ and has been my favorite ice maker,.. to the point where I’ve bragged about my ice! Recently, despite a cleaning using the recommended “Scotman Clear 1” scale remover, some of the ‘cubes’ were coming out thin-walled and brittle. I don’t have time (or the necessary skills) to take it apart and fix / optimize it… so decided to sell here on eBay. I’ve listed it here as “parts or not working”… although it does function, but needs to be tweaked, I suspect.
