Although this should normally take 2-4 working days it can sometimes take longer in busy periods. I can claim for lost in transit items after 14 days and at that point I am always happy to issue a full refund. There are a handful of international destinations that will only accept tracked and signed shipping via Royal Mail as a result of this shipping to certain destinations could be more that stated.
