Stunning Vintage LE Smith Glass Canisters - Moon & Stars - Green

Description: This stunning, vintage L.E. Smith Moon & Stars green canister set is great for a collector or someone needing a little extra space to spruce up their kitchen! There are 4 included in the set: 11”, 9.5”, 7”, and 5.5”. I give everything a good clean when I get it, but I recommend a hand wash before using them. Condition:11”: The canister itself is in great condition, with only a small scratch or two to be seen. The lid does have a chip in it, and it has been fixed previously with glue. Whoever fixed it actually did a good job, but it is noticeable. 9.5”: The canister itself is in great condition, with no scratches, chips, or cracks. There is a portion in the very bottom that looks like a crack or a surface scratch, but I actually think it happened during manufacturing. The lid for this one has very notable damage, with a large broken piece out of the side and around 3 other tiny cracks streaming down towards this broken section. 7”: The canister itself is in good condition. There is a bit of a bubble or chip in the glass around the rim of this one, but no other scratches, cracks, or chips. This one has quite a bit of color fade, with it being a noticeably lighter green than the other 3. I believe it sat in a window for quite a while and it distorted the color. The lid for this one is in great condition, with no cracks, chips, or scratches. 5.5”: The canister itself is in great condition, with no cracks, chips, or scratches to be seen. The lid for this one has a notable chip in the glass around the rim. I have saved the fragment of glass that chipped in this section so that the buyer may glue it back on if they choose to do so. Also, for some reason this is the only canister that the lid will not sit fully down on. It goes most of the way, but not completely.
