This is a one of a kind, custom made men's ring with a huge 8.38 round tanzanite. Absolutely stunning. It can appear extremely dark under certain lights (almost like black onyx), and then in other lights it can turn a vibrant pure blue or a deep, deep blue-violet with tons of flashes of pink and red. It's a fascinating stone to just observe in different lighting conditions. I have included different photos to try to show the way the stone looks under different lighting conditions. It is set with 1.1 ct of GH VS1/2 diamonds all set in solid, heavy white gold. Total weight is 19.8 grams. Size 7.75. Comes with all certifications as pictured. The stone alone appraised for $11,313 five years ago.
