This building is loaded with options, 6' continuous aluminum door hinges, 50 year treated/primed siding (Smartpanel), treated door parts, cedar corner trim and 25 yr. comp. shingles just to name a few. (these options, other builders charge you extra for) The building foundation is 2"x8"x16" concrete pads that support 4x4x10' treated skids. 2x4 treated joists on are nailed to the skids. The plywood floor is nailed to the joists. This makes it easy because there's no need to prepare the ground!
