I closed a preschool and school-aged program 12 years ago and these items have been stored in a smoke and pet free attic for years. I am listing LOTS of vintage play food and pretend kitchen items now. I have pieces from Little Tikes, Fisher Price (Fun with Food mostly), STEP 2, PLAYSKOOL, Lakeshore, Melissa & Doug and more. Most of the lots are from the 1980s and 90s with a few from early 2000s. These toys have been played with. Some have been barely touched and some have slight wear. I will picture any visible defects. This STEP 2 mailbox was a favorite toy for my preschoolers and young school-aged kids. We used it with the Fisher Price mailbox and postal carrier bag I am listing as well as real letters we wrote to each other. It is vintage and has some definite wear spots, especially on the bottom. It also likes dust lol. You can wipe it down before play or keep covered to not attract the dust. There is a junior version of this toy that had stickers on doors. This did not have stickers. Both doors say MAIL as shown. The screw has some rust and I think it had a sticker on the side but I can't recall what it was.
