This is a silver tone metal buckle, made by LTC Western Products Company back in 1974. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. The ribbons have not been engraved. This buckle measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-3/4", it fits up to a 2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.1 oz.
