Description: Starratt hand crank chopper. Looks like a balance beam engine. Really an interesting early peace in great condition and lots of still visible paint iand pinstriping much nicer than most you see. It operates perfectly just the way it should. Really a fascinating piece if I didn’t already have one, I would never sell this. This is not an easy one to find with nice original paint and pinstriping. I think cleaning wax oil. etc. would really improve the condition on this one which is already very nice
