I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in surprisingly good condition, with a solid hardcover and excellent overall inside pages (photo#12 example). The books' main flaws consist of/relate to its status as ex-library book: it has library stickers on its back cover, lower spine corner, on the inside first page, and on the inside back cover. It shows few and lesser signs of external wear **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Small ding/indent at it, 1/2" bend around it (photo#10 w/illumination). **Photo#5:-Lower spine corner: Tiny dings where it meets each cover. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Light if any shelf-wear. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny/light ding/indent. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Light if any shelf-wear. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny ding/indent, light ~1/2" bend around corner. **Additionally: Front cover possesses a light ~1" scratch near its center (photo#11 w/illumination), and a ~1/2" one near the upper spine corner. Very light ~1" one near the page edge's middle.
