Stan Solo C-3PO Yavin Ceremony (Chrome Leg) Star Wars Kenner Style Custom RARE!

Description: This is a Rare Stan Solo Custom C-3PO Yavin Ceremony Vintage Kenner Style Action Figure with the Vac Metalized Chrome Leg. This is one of two variants of this figure, the other variant has the Silver Painted Leg. This was the second updated version, with the silver Chrome leg that was attached to the vac metalized gold chrome body. At the time of manufacture, Stan Solo was told that he could only vac metalize one color on any figure due to the complicated process. It was shortly after the release of the first painted version that he figured out he could separate the lower leg and vac metalize it in silver chrome separately and then combine it with the gold chrome body for a more accurate look, making it one of Stan Solo's stand out pieces. I have included a side by side comparison photo of both leg variations in my listing to help clarify the subtle differences. If you're a collector of Stan Solo's beautiful custom pieces, this is a must have for your collection. These, along with any of his figures are made with such care that they fit in seamlessly with any vintage Kenner collection. This piece is in excellent condition and was never even displayed, stored safely away in its original shipper box in a smoke/pet free home. This is from my personal collection as I collected most of his early pieces from Smith Lord Creations (2019) to Stan Solo (2020).
