Description: Mid-Century Modern china in great condition--truly a rare find, indeed! Gray stars encircle the pieces in a nice wide band. Platinum trim adds to the beauty. Interestingly, these pieces were marketed under two different names. Some of the pieces I have for sale are marked Silver Mist and a few of them are marked Thistledown--same pattern made by the same manufacturer! A well-known replacement china company also notes that this pattern had these two different names. What also makes this pattern so great is that you will see that I have lots of place settings and 3 serving pieces--all in great condition--no chips, no cracks, no crazing! To have so many pieces in such good condition just makes my little mid-century heart so happy to think that they will find new homes where they will be equally loved and appreciated. The dinner plate measures 10.25" in diameter, the salad is 7.875" in diameter, the bread/butter is 6.125" in diameter. The cup stands 2.625" tall and has a top opening of 3.25".
