Excess Shipping Cost Refunds: If you purchased your items and did not wait for a combined invoice I will make every effort to conduct a partial refund for excess shipping costs. NOTE: You are not eligible for combined shipping/excess shipping cost refund once an item has already shipped (that’s why I need to know prior to or right after purchase)!
