The interior is spotless. But there ARE blemishes on the exterior. Notably , on the front face, near the bottom, are a few white spots, where it looks like drops of cleaning liquid may have hit it. The plastic wheel housings on the back are scraped. There are a few other minor scuffs on the leather. Should be able to see all in the photos. I like this edition more than the current one, as the front compartment has a better organizer section, and the laptop case is fully removable from the middle compartment (my 13 inch fits in the front compartment with a thin sleeve. Shoulder strap included, which has never been used.
