All original with No mods or alterations, just how it left the Slingerland Factory. The original front logo Slingerland Bass Drum Head is still equipped. This Radio King bass was made between 1960-62 Era, sporting the first NILES black and gold Oval Brass Badge. And this bass is in awesome playing condition. Again there are no holes, or major imperfections The wood Shell construction is Slingerland's 3-ply , mahogany/poplar/maple with 2 solid maple reinforcing rings. The WMP is very stunning white pearl and absolutely beautiful with no fading. All of the Sound King hardware is Triple Plated Chrome and in awesome condition. The T-Rods and Claws are also in beautiful condition.There are late 60s-70s T-Rods on the batter side. There is an original and functional L-Rod mounting bracket attached. Both Slingerland anchors are fully functional. In Addition, the wooden bass hoops are all original and the pearl inlaid’s are all complete. I have both heads lightly tightened up on this RK Bass Drum to keep it in shape and it is in round. This 22” Bass Drum was lightly played, kept in a case, not abused and very well cared for.
