Badge spins / is loose. The lugs have light pitting and light scratches. The hoops have light pitting, light scratches and some light rust. Edges in nice condition. Functions well, tunes nicely and sounds good. Has a Ludwig butt plate. Great inexpensive vintage snare drum. Being sold as-is / for restoration.
