Description: Great 3mm vintage Mauviel Sold By Simon of Paris 4.875" Very Thick Copper Sauce Pan. Lined with Nickel. This would have been called "Cupronil" if sold by Mauviel for Export. To my knowledge the 3+mm Nickel Lined pan was discontinues in 2007. This pan was sold in France but manufactured by Mauviel. It was not Marked Mauviel - Many pans that are "not for export " sold locally in France originally are not marked with the Mauviel Name. Marked with Simon Logo.The pan measures 4.875" in diameter by 2.75" high with a 6" handle. Pan has one tiny dent in the bottom where the wall meets the floor of the pan. Just cosmetic. See pictures. Well made pan weighs about 3+pounds. I don't think this pan has been used but maybe once or twice if at all. And has been stored a long time. Pans like this are RARE and will NEVER be made again.
