The use on the body shows fairly minimal but there are a couple of really small marks. Nothing I would consider an ugly eye sore. Brand is Simmons. I believe this dates back to the 1980's. Model is 1010. Duplex reticle. 3x - 9x32 magnification. Smooth glossy black finish. Both the windage and elevation knobs work fine and are clean under the caps.
