Description: This could not be easier to use if you actually read instructions. Makes the perfectly delicious poached egg. I like mine runny so do 5 minutes. I boil an inch of water in a sauce pan. I add a quick spritz of canola oil to the silicone cup (the kind that comes in the propellant containers), plop in one egg per cup and set in water bath (one inch of water is plenty!), and cover the sauce pan (it should have a steam hole in lid - if not tilt lid so some steam escapes). Cook for 5 minutes for runny and longer if you want it more well done. This works perfectly every time. I tried other oils at first - all sprays and they all made it difficult to get the egg out of the cup nicely. However with the old school canola oil in the container with propellant, the egg slides right out. Make sure you drain the water out first in the pan by squeezing the sides together so the egg doesn’t fall out. These directions are idiot proof (or at least they should be!).
