In review: I have no problem accepting returns if you made a mistake, but I am charged fees by both paypal and ebay for the sale so there is a restocking fee of 20% and if you choose not to cancel the transaction the restocking fee is 30% Update on International shipping: USPS will no longer let sellers ship to certain countries online. This means each item must be taken to post office and be paid for at post office at higher than online prices. There is a small handling fee that will cover the extra costs involved in manually shipping the items. Not much we can do really as USPS is the only one that will ship internationally for a low cost. Shipping costs have been raised by close to 10% every year for the past how many years, they go up every year so don't think what you got a part shipped for 3 years ago will be the same as today..
