Description: Up for sale is one used, vintage Shimano Altus Fingertip Stem Mount Shifter. Friction 5/6 speed rear 2 Speed front. Made in Japan. Mounts on quill stems from 21.1 to 22.2mm diameters. Has marks and some oxidation.
