White Dot. Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer made in USA -- 1982-84. Length Just under 5-3/8". Filling System There is a dried up Sheaffer refilll in the box. The pen will come with a working refill. You'll need to stick with Sheaffer rollerball refills because, unlike some slim Targas, we have found the international refills do not fit. Color Shiny chrome finish in a lined pattern with chrome plated trim. Condition New Old Stock, in box.
