Something special for Disney collectors are these rare pieces of Disneyland Americana with this SET OF THREE (3) different 12 x 20 black & white chemical photos of the two out of four original Santa Fe & Disneyland R. R’s engines and tenders, the C.K Holliday and E.P. Ripley. These locomotives were photographed on the back lot of Disneyland prior of being seen by the public on opening day, Monday, July 18th. One photo of particular interest feature is Mrs. Lillian Disney, seen the right-side cab of the Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad’s C K Holiday. The main gates opened up to the Magic Kingdom at 10:00 a.m. to the public as it was said by 2 o'clock a.m., 1000's of people were already lined up outside the park's gates. All three images were scanned from the original 3 x 6 black & white negatives by a professional photo services' lab and are printed with a high- glossy finish with a ¼-inch black boarder on Fuji Crystal Archive chemical paper. We offer no inkjet, laser copies or scanned generational prints from existing photographs. All three negatives were purchased from an estate auction and are the sole property owned by seller.
