Description: Years ago, but still in the Third Age for you Tolkien fans, Ser Jacopo produced a line of pipes honoring the legendary Lord Of The Rings epic. They were limited in production, and are highly prized for their smoking quality and collectability. Listed for sale is one such pipe, in the deeply bent "Bilbo" shape. The pipe is graded Natural Smooth, which to my knowledge was the highest grade in this line of pipes. The pipe exhibits striking straight grain on the sides and front of the oblong bowl, and dense birdseye on the top and bottom of the bowl. The silver band features Elvin runes in high relief, and the pipe is furnished with two black acrylic stems: A saddle-bit of moderate length, and a tapered long stem. The pipe is in pristine, unsmoked condition. It is complete with original box and sock as provided by Pipes2Smoke. My understanding is that these pipes were commissioned by Pipe2Smoke, and the box is branded as such.
