The 1969 Christmas stamps feature winter Sunday in Norway Maine. Adding the precancellation was another experiment to speed up the mail but only 4 cities participated. The city names were overprinted locally on tagged stamps and are Atlanta, Baltimore, Memphis and New Haven. The overprint colors range from black to shades of light green and will be of our choosing. All stamps have full original gum and will be problem free guaranteed. 1384 1384v Special Sets Are Shipped in Catalogue Order Inside a Protective Case After the Auction: Stock photo.
