Description: Here we have a pre owned Schecter Riot 5 Deluxe 5- string electric bass. Made in Korea in 2011. The Riot 5 is a 35" scale bass so it has good solid low B string. The bass is a solid body bolt on design. Mahogany body with a 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck and a 24- fret Rosewood fingerboard. Black chrome hardware with string through body bridge. 2- Schecter branded soapbar pickups. Controls are Master volume, Bass, Treble, and Blend. 2- band active preamp. The bass weighs 8lbs 15oz. It comes with a Coffin hard shell case with red interior. The bass has just been setup by our technician and is playing amazingly well. Strung with 45-130's. The neck is straight and the truss rod is working as it should. The frets are in very good shape with very minimal signs of wear. The bass plays cleanly up and down the fingerboard. Cosmetically, the bass is in very good condition. It has scuffs, scuffs, scratches, and general marks on the finish. The face of the headstock has a scuff on it. The body has several that you can see once you get up close on the bass. From 3 feet away you can't tell. General wear and tear from being played but definitely not abused. Overall, clean shape. The Riot 5 Deluxe is a nicely loaded bass with a nod towards the rock and metal genres. The 35" scale length really makes this bass a serious player. The neck feels great and isn't a baseball bat but also not super skinny. Kind of just right. Thanks for looking and happy buying! From the web....
