Description: A fine Savage black walnut hand checkered walnut model forend, most likely made before WWII. With a lined screw hole for the attaching screw. Breech end near the left side end there is a small chip, but not detracting from overall beauty. I've noticed over the years there are many factory lengths. This one measures about 9 1/2" long not including the back round dowel/stud. and the breech width inside is about 1.oo" X .67" at the muzzle. Sorry, NO Foreign Sales.. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
