The image, with single crease down the center as published, titled Villa Maria, is a iconic whimsical work of art by the celebrated artist, featuring a detailed mid-century modern building with various people here and there, an exploding volcano at upper left and signed Steinberg 72 in the plate at lower middle bottom. It measures approximately 22” inches wide by 15” inches high and is in good vintage condition with a tiny crease at lower left and right corners and a small stain at bottom left edge toward corner.
