Please remember that Spanish Correos only collect on normal working days so if you place an order at the weekend or near a holiday period please allow a few extra days for dispatch and delivery. If you live outside of Spain, please allow 21 days for your item to arrive before requesting a replacement. Our experience once we have passed packages onto the Spanish mail company for delivery, Standard mail can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
