Description: For your consideration: a Samuel Davis Druggist medicine / pharmacy bottle from Boonton, NJ. It was blown in aqua glass batch into a two-part slug-plate mold and finished with a tooled ring lip in the 1890's era. This was recovered from an older collection. It is in very good condition with only a micro sliver chip off the upper reverse side lip edge, as seen in the images. Otherwise, the bottle is stable and solid and displays great. It shows some lighter interior haze inside the frontal heel. Embossed vertically inside a tombstone-shaped slug-plate: "Samuel Davis / Druggist / Boonton, N. J." On the base: "W. T. & Co." showing the bottle was made at the Whittall Tatum & Company in South Jersey. A really nice uncommon Morris County medicine bottles. It measures: 4 1/4" x 1 3/4"+ x 1 1/8".
