Comes with Original Box + Original Charger. There is light scratches from normal wear but screen in brandnew shape. Battery holds pretty good. I did use this watch with 4G LTE so i was running outdoor without my phone and listening spotify while running. The phone number associated to e-sim card also gives you ability to do phone calls and text message option. It is basically another phone.
